Walk, Climb, Pull, Tear, Destroy......

These are the days I was warned would come, the days that their goal would be to seek and destroy. I can't take my eyes off them for one second. Now that Gabby is walking Grant has decided he has to do even more than the usual walk. He only runs now and he also climbs. Today I left them in their playroom for just one minute, when I returned I found Grant sitting on the bed. He pulled one of his toys close to the bed and used it as a stool. How clever for him and scary for me. What am I going to do?!! Please pray for us :-).

They both have mischeif written all over their face in this pic.

Grant and Gabby, Nana remembers the days when your daddy, Uncle Eric and Uncle Daren had lots of fun being "superman flying around the house" and taking things apart - like my radio - trying to see how it works - and getting into all kinds of bumps and banging-up to their bodies playing hard especially as boys do, all this while growing up. At lease they took turns getting banged-up. I remember giving them brand new jeans to go outside and play in and it seemed like I blinked my eyes and they came back in the house in it seems in minutes later with the knees and seats torn out of those same pants. I bought so many packages of patches to just fill in the torn parts of the pants because the rest of the pants were almost like new.

Hahahahah. I'm sorry, but I just have to laugh (it is that or cry) since we are in the same boat. Hopefully they'll learn VERY quickly that falling off of couches, chairs, and beds is NO fun!
